Keyword rules for comments
When a comment contains one of your keywords, Zakio posts one of your reply wordings under it. Arabic matching ignores diacritics and letter variants.

Questions about Auto-replies and inbox
Will a rule reply to every comment?
No. Only to comments that contain the rule’s keywords, on the posts you attached it to.
Does it understand Arabic spelling differences?
Yes. Matching ignores diacritics and common letter variants, so أ, إ and ا count as the same letter.
