Good to know before you start
- Zakio checks posts for new comments every 20 seconds, so an auto-reply arrives seconds after the comment, not instantly.
- A private reply is sent only when Facebook allows one for that comment.
- Rules reply only on the posts you attach them to. Comments no rule matches stay in the list for your team.

What do I need to connect a Page?
The owner role in your Zakio workspace and a Facebook account that can manage the Page. Pages you don’t grant access to are skipped.
Will Zakio reply to every comment?
No. It replies only to comments that contain a rule’s keywords, on the posts you attached that rule to.
Can my team post without my review?
