Good to know before you start
- WhatsApp doesn’t let apps post to Status or Channels. Zakio will answer and message customers; it won’t post to your Status.
- More than 24 hours after a customer’s last message, WhatsApp allows only approved templates.
- WhatsApp charges for some business messages. Meta sets those prices, not Zakio.
